As we huddle down for lockdown, here are some basics for how to maintain your sanity and productivity.

Like it or not, many of us will have to telecommute in the weeks and months ahead. There’s a difference between working from home for a week and effectively, happily, and sustainably telecommuting and leading remote teams. Take the time to get set up—it’ll pay dividends. There’s lots of great advice out there for leadership. Here’s mine from more than a decade of remotely managing teams and complex projects around the world.
